Fall Family ASL Classes Registration is open!

Family ASL Classes are FREE for families whose child is enrolled at PSD. Members of the community are welcome to join us at a discounted rate of $100 per person for 6 classes.

Beginner ASL Class: For new signers

ASL 1.2: For those that participated in Fall Family ASL Classes

Our Family ASL classes are family-centered and family-friendly: you will learn ASL and daily-routine based vocabulary and phrases in order to best communicate with deaf/hard of hearing children at home and in the community. In addition to learning ASL, there will be games and hands-on activities (in-person classes).

The in-person ASL classes will be held at the Early Childhood Center Multipurpose Room at Pennsylvania School for the Deaf.

We are offering an online (Zoom) Family ASL class for PSD families that live outside Philadelphia:
